Petrocelli had a big day against Detroit. He lofted a three-run bomb in the 1st inning and cracked a solo homerun in the 7th inning. Boston had 15 hits for the afternoon. Siebert(2-1) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 4 runs. John Hiller(0-1) was hit with the loss. 'I had my good stuff today.' Siebert said.
